Parents Co-Operation

A WORD TO THE PARENTS

The rapid progress of the school largely depends upon the co-operation of the parents/guardians and the staff of the school. Parents are earnestly requested to co-operate with the school in enforcing regularity and discipline in their children. Both the parents must read the school diary everyday & see that their children have understood the lessons taught in the school & prepare them at home.

Parents are not permitted to walk into the classrooms or interview teachers during school hours, as it would adversely affect the school discipline.

Parents are also advised to take active and helpful interest in all the co-curricular activities of the school.

Any misconduct on the part of the parents or any close relative of the student is a good enough reason to dismiss the student from the school.

Please do not engage any private tuition for your ward. Encourage the child to be regular and attentive during the classes. Parents are expected to sign the progress reports or any other similar documents when so requested and return them to the school at once. Failure to do so may put their children to great inconvenience. Occasionally, reports from the teachers are entered in the school diary.

Parents should send the lunch packet or any other thing with the students after labelling them. Please avoid sending them after the school has started.

Any communication; request or complaint, made in writing by the parents/guardians should be addressed to the Principal or headmistress.

Principal or Headmistress will receive visitors on working days between 9-30 to 10-30 am in summer and 10-00 to 11-00 am in winter and at any other time by appointment. No school business will be transacted on holidays.

Let's all co-operate and channelise our endeavour to achieve our goal making our children SUCCESSFUL and RESPONSIBLE citizens of India.

May God Almighty crown us all with sucess in our pursuit!
