Withdrawal & Admission

Requirements for Admission and Withdrawal

1. The academic year starts in April every year.

2. No candidate shall be admitted except on an application in the prescribed form available at the school office.

3. No child will be admitted into a particular classunless he/she passes an admission test to prove that he/she is fit for that particular class.

4. No application form will be accepted unless all entries are duly completed. The date of birth entered on the admission form cannot subsequently be altered.

5. A student who is not formally admitted into the school will not attend the classes even provisionally.

6. The school authorities also reserve the right to compel the parents to withdraw their children if their progress in the studies is unsatisfactoryor their conduct is harmful to other students or if the parents' behavior towards the school authorities or teachers is rude and non-co-operative.

7. No school leaving certificate will be issued until all the dues of the school have been paid in full and all library books taken by the students are returned. It will be issued within the 24 hours after the receipt of the application. Application for the school leaving certificate should normally be accomplished by a separate application for the refund of security and both the applications must reach the school office within 15 days from the date a child has left the school.

8.It is compulsory for the parents to take the school leaving certificate and refundable security within 30 days after the child has left the school, otherwise his/her refundable security will be forfeited.
